Fyusion Raises $13M in Series B


What does Fyusion do?

Fyusion, is a start up which develops advanced 3D image processing technologies for consumer applications. It empowers people to capture the world in a more immersive way than what videos or photos allow.

To understand the surrounding world you must be able to move within it. So, just like videos capture the flow of time, Fyusion’s Spatial Photographs, the patent pending visual graph structures, captures the space through which a camera moves.

Spatial Photos, uses cutting edge 3D processing algorithms which empowers the users to freely interact with the scene while reliving the experience of the original composer.

How much Fyusion was funded?

The 3D imaging firm raised $13 M in Series B round on April 2nd led by Notable Angel Investors, UTEC, Capital, New Enterprise Associates with the participation many renowned angel investors.

What is next for Fyusion?

The CEO and co-founder of Fyusion said that photography did not see any major advances since the 80s when photos were digitized. Fyusion is aiding in building the next gen web with introduction to a new approach to capture and store visual data that enables users to have a 3 dimensional vision of any product, scene or person.

The latest round of funding will help Fyusion to accelerate its expansion, product development and innovation rapidly and to widen the audience. Its technology will help the users to showcase their products in a future state photographic format which is still up for use.
