99designs, is the world’s largest online graphic design marketplace which allows consumers to use its service to get graphic designs for business cards, logos, websites, t-shirts and more. For over 7 years, 99designs have been connecting passionate designers with customers that want quality  with affordable design services.

It lets consumers to start graphic design work swiftly in an affordable manner through launch of designs competitions to its society, working man to man with individual graphic designers or by buying design templates from its readymade logo store. 99designs also operates swiftly, which is a service that was started in 2013 to provide consumers with fast graphic designs for a small fee of $19.

99designs raised $10 M in Series B funding on April 15^th, 2015 by Recruit Strategic Partners.

$35M in Series A on April 28, 2011 from Stewart Butterfield, Anthony Casalena, Michael Dearing and Accel Partners.

What is next for 99designs?

Patrick Llewellyn, CEO of 99designs said that the funding is a strategy to support 99designs  expansion internationally, especially in Japan and Asia’s other countries where Recruit is a dominating force in IT and marketplace matching service. The funding will also help the startup to increase its growth worldwide.

It is the world’s largest logo design and graphic marketplace and has helped over 350K businesses access quality designs at a price they can afford and paid more than $110 M to designers around the globe. 99designs serves small businesses, startups, marketing agencies and other organizations which have design needs.
