Samanage raised $16M in Series B funding on May 20th, 2015 from the investors Silicon Valley Bank, Carmel Ventures, Gemini Israel Ventures, Vintage Investment Partners and Marker.

  • $3M in Series A funding on September 25, 2012 from Carmel Ventures and Gemini Israel Ventures.
  • $5M in Series A funding on October 16, 2013 from the investors Gemini Israel Ventures and Carmel Ventures.

What is next for Samanage?

The new funding is the IT service management industry’s largest private funding round  in the past 3 years. This latest round of funding comes when the company is closing their 3rd consecutive year of triple digit growth. The company is all set to deliver a great performance this year like in 2014 when it has doubled its cloud software and has spanned to52 countries.

The funding will be used for delivering a new kind of software experience, which is totally focused on making the consumers successful by building software which they love using.

Samanage has also announced the launch of the industry’s first real time service performance benchmarking solution which empowers service organizations for measuring and benchmarking their performance against their colleagues and indentifying opportunities for improving service levels.
