What does UE LifeSciences do?

 UE LifeSciences, is a US based maker of a low cost, portable breat cancer screening device. 90% of the developing worls and millions of women do not have access to breast cancer early detection.  Breast cancer incidence is expected to continue growing and increasing mortality rate, all because of late stage detection. UE Life Sciences with its innovative technologies and a passionate team  aims in making the hope of early detection, a reality. It has been selected for the StartHealth Program which focuses on early stage health tech startups.

How much UE LifeSciences was funded?

Unitus Seed fund has selected its second startup, UE Life Sciences under its StartHealth Investment Program, where the startup will receive an initial funding on $80,000 and a potential follow up investment of at least $160,000.

What is next for UE Lifesciences?

This US and India based startup has invented a portable breast screening device which helps in detecting breast cancer in its early stage. The startup has plans to use the investments to make breast screening to massed by reducing the cost of diagnosis.

It will use the funding for fabrication of our core component to India, make it at scale and reduce the cost of production. The StartHealth Program will allow the company to work with Narayan Health and Manipal Hospitals towards a broader clinical validation.
