What does TabbedOut do?
TabbedOut, is a leader in mobile payments for restaurants and bars. The company enables customers in opening, viewing and paying bar or restaurant tabs from their smart phones. The company places the user in control of their tabs at bars and restaurants. Customers can now say goodbye to end of night bar lines and flagging down their server when they are ready to settle the bill. Customers will never have to leave their card at the bar again. It is easier and very secure to hand over the credit card to a stranger. Users just have to open a tab, view the running total and pay it instantly all from their phone.
Users can also split the tab among friends, post to social networking sites such as Twitter or Facebook and let their friends know where they are dining and send a good or bad review of their experience, receive offers sent from their favourite venue to their phone directly.
