With this overnight on demand accommodation booking app available for iOS, users can book a place to stay tonight for cheaper, faster and with just the drop of a pin. The app’s aim is to make travel more accessible for more people. This app is breaking down the barriers of last minute travel by encouraging spontaneous adventure and enabling same day stays from the local hosts. You can stay with the awesome locals. All the hosts are connected via Facebook with verified phone.

With this funding it is officially launching out of beta in Los Angeles area and has plans to launch in Austin, TX ahead of SXSW.

Overnight was founded in 2015 by Ethan Kravitz, Asher Hunt and Artia Moghbel. The company has its headquarters in Los Angeles, California. This company has hundreds of hosts in the Los Angeles area. Through this app users can book last minute accommodations whey they travel. They just have to open the app, sign up and drop a pin in the area they want accommodation. From there, the user has to explain their overnight request in detail, which is attached to their profile. The host and the guest has to authenticate their identity through Facebook and their mobile phone, with the suggestion to include a government issued ID and a credit card. The guests will then have the opportunity to browse through different hosts that have agreed to host them and they can book the accommodation they like instantly.
