What does Healthsense do?

Healthsense, is a market leader in providing technology solutions for the future of aging services. The company offers totally integrated systems based on a standard Wi-Fi platform for personal emergency response systems, remote safety and wellness monitoring and Wi-Fi wireless nurse call. These systems are flexible, scalable and proven across a broad base of installations. The company’s flagship product, eNeighborA system, was developed under the direction of the DARPA- Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and NIA- National Institute of Aging. The system monitors individuals in their houses and automatically calls for help it is detects a possible problem. eNeighborA systems uses a series of wireless sensors placed throughout the home which captures the occupant’s activities of daily living.
