As a part of the deal, TNT and TBS of Turner, will work with this company to co-develop and distribute video content and team on cross-platform and sales package. Kevin Reiley, Chief Creative Officer for the Turner Entertainment will join the board of directors in the company. The company plans on using the funding raised for expanding its video production across all the platforms including linear TV, and to invest in data, technology and advertising platforms. The company’s partnership with Turner will let them both collaborate on programming, technology and advertising.
