Passengers can access this service through its official Facebook page or its mobile app on Android and iOS devices. The company takes care of all the legal communications and paperwork with the airline on behalf of the passengers and claims a quarter of the compensation obtained for its service. The compensation price can be between $170 to $650 depending on the distance flown by the flight and delay duration experienced by the passenger at the final destination.
