What does CyPhy Works do?

CyPhy Works, is a leading drone company and developer of advanced unmanned aerial vehicles for search and rescue missions and bridge inspections. The company has developed a drone technology and business roadmap which pioneers use of a microfilament tether. This enables long duration or persistent flight with a secure streaming of high speed data and a HD video. The company claims that though it loves technology, its work begins and end with people. Its mission is to build a team whose only focus is creating aerial robots which empower people in tackling the problem of tomorrow.

CyPhy works raised an undisclosed amount in undisclosed round on May 21st, 2015 from a new investor Draper Nexus Ventures.

What is next for CyPhy Works?

CyPhy Works has introduce a new key investor, Draper Nexus in the latest round of funding. With the addition of this value added investor with its unmatched international network to rapidly increase its commercialization plans in USA and over the globe. The funds raised in the latest round will help the company in hiring in the data management and analytics departments, product management, commercial partnerships and mechatronics departments.

It has currently released 2 products PARC and PocketFlyer.
