What does Hudl do?

Hudl, is a sports video analysis platform and software which provides video analysis and coaching tools for sports teams. It lets the sports coaches to upload footage of practices, games, practices and opponents, break the video down and add voice clips, telestrations, text feedback and delivers the video and coaching notes to their athletes.

Hudl allows athletes t build highlight reels and promote themselves to recruiters. Hudl serves over 13,000 high schools, 80% of the Div I, II, III and Juco colleges, ten NFL, 2 NBA, 8 NHL teams and more than 2500 youth teams across twenty different sports.

The sports video analysis platform, has raised $72.5 M in funding on April 2^nd, 2015 in Series A from Jeff Raikes, Nelnet, Accel Partners.

What is next for Hudl?

The latest funding has come has the first major institutional investment. The funding will allow the video analysis platform to continue  investing aggressively in its product, pursue the acquisitions to offer new tools and enhancements to the users and further enhance their team. Graff, CEO of Hudl said that they are a produ Nebraska company and are excited to grow the teams in Omaha, London, Lincoln, Boston and several other cities.
