What does Iotera do?
Iotera is a global leader in wireless technologies for the growing market of Internet of Things, IoT. How much Iotera Funded?
This U.S based company which produces GPS devices with a long battery life, has raised $1 M in another seeding round on February 25th, 2015 from the investors, Rubicon Venture Capital, Crunchfund, String Ventures, EarlyMarket, Don Dodge, ZhenShin Capital and Startup Capital Ventures.

What is next for Iotera?
Iotera is still developing Iota, which started as a device to aid owners keep a track of their animals. For now the product is strictly for pre-order only, but it will begin shipping to customers from May 2015.
Ben Wild, CEO of Iotera said that the idea is grabbed from Craigslist, where there postings for around 50 pets lost just in the Bay area.
The CEO also said that they can cover entire cities with just a handful of home bases. He mentioned that not more than 20 devices would be enough to cover the entire San Francisco.
