What does Peatix do?

Peatix, is a mobile events startup. It is a global event registration platform which provides organizers the tools for creating, promoting and selling out at events. It has its headquarters in Japan.

Peatix is an innovative, mobile centric solution for event management. It has served for more than thirty thousand events since its launch in May 2011. Peatrix can empower organizers and enrich the experience of those attending the event though social interactions and event discovery in mobile apps and mobile website. This startup handles everything from concerts to conferences.

How much Peatix was funded?          

Peatix raised $5 M  on March 16th, 2015 in series B funding led by DG. Other investors are Draper Nexus Ventures, Sunnysideup, Singapore Press Holdings and Fidelity Growth Partners Japan.

What is next for Peatrix

The mobile event and ticketing startup has raised the latest funding to develop its  presence  and technology all over the world and technology.  CEO, Taku Harada said that Peatrix is to soon open an office in Kuala Lumpur and is evaluating markets in other places too. He said that Europe is obviously next step and another probable expansion is Hong Kong.
