What does Qwilr do?

Qwilr, is a cloud based replacement for Microsoft’s Excel, Word and Powerpoint. It has set the documents free from the Skeuomorphs. The future of documents in online, not as sharable as A4 documents, but as webpages. Not as things which are printed but as things which are viewed on tablets, smart phones and desktops. This startup is a tool for anyone  who sends a PowerPoint deck spending hours creating only to wonder if anybody is even going to bother in downloading it. This platform is making it easy to turn business documents into web pages, which in turn provides users access to analytics and other helpful tools.

How much Qwilr was funded?

Qwilr raised $395k in Seed round on May 21, 2015 from the investors Macdoch Ventures and Sydney Seed Fund.

What is next for Qwilr?

Qwilr stands out from big agencies with entire departments dedicated  in creating presentations. Like other enterprise startups, this platform faces the challenge of convincing business to shift from tools which they are used to.  The company is focused on packing features into its free version. Its templates enables you to upload photos and text and integrate Google Maps, videos and different cloud services. It also has a tool for inserting price quotes.  This startup plans to use its seed funding for building its premium version by adding more features and analytics which enables clients for interacting with the documents, which includes e-signatures and buying buttons.
