RedSeal, is a 11 year old network security startup which develops security risk management software and solutions that helps organizations to eliminate cyber threats.RedSeal provides a cybersecuirty analytics platform to 2000 organizations globally which certifies their evolving netweoks are safe and secure and accelerates compliance initiatives.

Its advances analytics engine creates functioning network models, tests networks for identifying risks in security and prioritizes necessary actions and provides critical info for quickly remediating issues. Thus, there is decreased cyber security risk and less incident response and costs of maintenance.

RedSeal has raised $17M in Series C round on April 6th, 2015 from investors Tyco International, Math Venture Partners, DRW Venture Partners, Pallasite Ventures, Sutter Hill Ventures and Venrock.

What is next for RedSeal?

The latest funding round brings the company’s total venture funding to $75 M. The new funding will be used for building out the team and specifically hiring more engineers and for marketing and training to develop the company.
