Tips to Run Free Android Apps on Kindle Fire


Amazon’s Kindle Fire is an affordable Android Tablet. It is a complete value for your money. However, there is one major drawback with this tablet is Amazon allows the users to download apps from Amazon app store and not from Google app store. This deprives the users of access to millions of apps in the Google Play apps. however, the situation has now changed. Users can run almost all type of Android apps on this device even though Google Play is still not available. For this you do not have to hack, root or alter your tablet, because Amazon allows side loading apps. the following is a step by step tutorial on how you can run free android apps on the Kindle Fire.

 

  • You will need an Android device through which you can access Google Play. You can easily obtain the device from your friends or family.
  • In this android device go to Google play and download the ES file explorer for free. After downloading it, open it and tap on the icon, that looks like a globe and a phone on the upper left side of the screen.
  • After the icon is tapped, you will get a menu from which you have to choose App Manager option. In this option you will be provided a complete list of the apps. Touch on any of the app of your choice and keep holding on it till a checkbox appears on the tap. Repeat the process for all the apps of your choice, which you want to include in your Kindle Fire. Checkboxes will appear on all the apps which you have selected. When you are done with your app selections tap on the backup button at the bottom of the screen.
  • After a few seconds you will see that “Backup Application Successfully Downloaded” message. Now you must connect your Android device to your PC with the help of a USB cable. When you connect the device, a new drive will be seen in your PC. Open this drive and you will find the backup folder in it, inside this you will see a apps folder. When you open the apps folder, you will see the APK formats of the apps you had selected earlier.
  • Copy all of these apps and save it in your PC. Give the saved folder a name. now disconnect the android device from your PC after safe removal of hardware message appears.
  • Next pick your Kindle Fire, visit the Amazon App store and download the “easy installer” app for free. After the download and installation process is complete, connect the Kindle Fire to your PC with a USB. When the device is connected a Kindle Fire Drive will appear on your PC screen. Open this drive and paste the APK files of the apps you have previously saved.
  • Now disconnect your Kindle Fire from the PC. Pick your Kindle Fire and tap on the apps and then tap on the Easy Installer, a window will open with the list of apps, pick your app and select “install app”. This will install your app.
