ClearSky Data raised $27M in Series B on November 1st, 2015 from the investors Highland Capital Partners, Akamai Technologies, General Catalyst Partners,  Polaris Partners.

  • $12M in Series A on January 15, 2014 from the investors General Catalyst Partners and Highland Capital Partners.

What is next for ClearSky Data?

ClearSky Data has raised a total of $39M in 2 rounds to date. The proceeds from the latest funding will be used for growing its sales, operation and marketing organizations. It is also planning to add new points of presence in the major metro areas. The company is breaking new ground with its managed service delivery model of enterprise storage, which combines the availability and performance of primary storage with the scalability and economics of the cloud. Dave Barrett will join as board of directors and Andy Champagne will join as a board observer in the company.
