What does HireVue do?

HireVue, is a team acceleration software which empowers mangers in making faster and smarter hiring decisions, through predictive analytics, video and digital. It is a great new way to interview on demand. Users can simply browse, watch, rate and share the interviews they want, on their own time, similar to streaming the movies they like, even from a smart phone. HireVue’s Digital Interview Platform, was recognized by HR Executive Magazine as a Top HR Product of 2011. This interview platform helps in improving interviews of all types, including in person, video and phone interviews.

The digital question, collaboration, feedback tools eliminate the hassles and makes interviewing up to 10 times faster and cheaper. Some of its customers include Red Bull, Starbucks, GAP, Nike, Walmart, who are making interviewing awesome.

HireVue raised  $45M in Series E funding on June 2, 2015 from Rose Park Advisors, Investor Growth Capital, Peterson Ventures, Granite Ventures, Technology Crossover Ventures and Sequoia Capital.
