Previous funding

$9M in  Series A on February 1, 2012 from Wing Venture Capital, Andreessen Horowitz and Greylock Partners.

$17M in Series B on April 18, 2013 from Greylock Partners, Tenaya Capital, Sutter Hill Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz

$26M in Series C on May 13, 2014 from Four Rivers Group, Tenaya Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Greylock Partners, Sutter Hill Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz

What is next for Instart Logic?

Instart Logic will use the funding raised for its growth and for fueling its accelerated hiring to meet expanding market demand from large enterprises, increasing its research and development and to expand its footprint all over the world. It has been selected by leading global innovators in e-commerce, travel and media.

It has added Rafael Torres as CFO and Shailesh Shukla as vice president of products and strategy and Justin  Fitzhugh as vice president of technical operations.
