What does Jobandtalent do?

Jobandtalent, is a recruitment startup. It is a service which compares available job opportunities with subscribed professionals and sends automated alerts to notify them. Many professionals are open for career change but they miss great job opportunities, as they do not have time to browse everyday on the internet for job postings and because of this, companies cannot target these professionals by their job postings. The startup uses a unique technology for solving this issue and automatically matching professionals to relevant jobs. It is like having a personal assistant searching for suitable vacancies across the web.

It raised $25M in Series A funding on May 27, 2015 from Nicolas Luca de Tena, Qualitas Equity Partners, Fundación José Manuel Entrecanales, Pelayo Cortina Koplowitz and Kibo Ventures.

What is next for jobandtalent?

The startup’s mission is to disrupt and redefine the recruitment space online, ensuring that nobody misses a good job opportunity ever again. It is continuing discussions on closing a massive Series B round with some new investors in the coming months. It is signing up for more than 450K new registers user per month.

The funding will be used to accelerate its growth for strengthening its hand in its next round of investment.
