More about OneRent

OneRent was founded on March 17, 2014 by Arman Dezfuli-Arjomandi, Rico Mok, Chuck Hattemer, Evan Huang and Greg Toschi. It has its headquarters in San Jose, California.  The company was founded after the founders went through a fragmented and painful rental experience as the first time renters. The company with its first product, has spend countless hours with the renters and owners in learning their pain issues and really digging deep into the roots of the rental process. The company also works closely with the traditional property managers and began noticing some deficiencies which can be addressed with more technology integrated into each property’s operations. The company calls it idea maze. The result of their learning is the 1st consistent and transparent rental experience through the company’s end to end property management service.
