This real estate startup is changing the way people are selling, buying and renting homes. Its technology can widely improve the customer experience in real estate. Its platform combines offline real estate team and online property search tools for making end to end real estate experience more efficient. Its mission is to shape the future of real estate. It was previously called as Suitey.

How much TripleMint was funded?

TripleMint raised $1.65M in seed funding on April 30th, 2015 from the investors Dominion Capital, Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, Winklevoss Capital, Archangel and Kima Ventures.

  • $40k in Seed round on January 7, 2013 from the investors Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator.
  • An undisclosed amount in Seed round on April 1, 2014 from the investors Kima Ventures, Fabrice Grinda and Archangel

What is next for TripleMint?

TripleMint aims to make the real estate processes such as renting, selling and buying easy. Suitey rebranded as TripleMint and this is meant to convey both quality of apartments customers find on the website and the quality of the service. The name signifies TripleMint’s expanded services, but the core is ye the same, it enables the prospective buyers and renters in searching their local broker database directly.

TripleMint is going to donate a part of its revenue from each transaction for Rebuilding Together NYC, a nonprofit organization which helps low income families to stay in their homes.
