Each Hometel is managed exclusively by the company and its customer and concierge services are available by phone, email and Facebook Messenger around the clock, and all guest requests are answered in just minutes. The latest funding will help the company in focusing on growth initiatives such as expansion in new cities, enhancing onboarding key hires and guest experience.
