What does TodayTix do?

TodayTix, is a mobile app which provides on demand access to the best prices on the last minute theater tickets. It is a new app and services which is created by the Broadway producers and the ticketing veterans, providing the consumers with the access to the last minute tickets for the hottest shows in New York, right from the comforts of their mobile devices. Buying discount tickets to Broadway shows was very time confusing, time consuming and frustrating previously. But with this app customers can receive the best discounts and full price tickets available for the shows in Broadway and off Broadway too. Tickets can be directly purchased from the phone or tablet.

How much TodayTix was funded?

TodayTix raised$9M in Series B on February 24, 2016 from Jeremy Zimmer, Nicolas Jammet, Jessica Verrilli, SF Capital Group, Danny Meyer, TYLT Ventures, Rubicon Venture Capital and Walden Venture Capital.

  • $582.5k on July 15, 2013 from Link Ventures and Jeremy Zimmer
  • $6.1M in Series A on November 20, 2014 from SF Capital Group, Scott Birnbaum, Rubicon Venture Capital, Rockefeller, TYLT Ventures,Ryan ,Link Ventures, Nicolas Jammet,  Jeremy Zimmer and Jessica Verrilli.

What is next for TodayTix?

The company has revealed its user base growth to over a million users since it has launced in 2013. The latest funding will be used for remaining at the forefront of theatre ticketing industry by investing in technology, product innovation, marketing and geographical expansion.
