What does uBeam do?
uBeam, is a wireless power start-up which transmits power over the air to charge electronic devices. It used ultrasound for transmitting power over the air for charging electronic devices wirelessly. It is the only technology which provides true wireless power safely and across a large enough distance at scale. The company was conceived and developed by Meredith Perry, while she was a student at the University of Pennsylvania in 2011.
