More about eVisit
eVisit was founded in 2013 by Glen McCracken and Bret Larsen. It has its headquarters in Gilbert, AZ. This is a health care startup which offers a telehealth solution that enables healthcare providers to treat their patients through a secure, online video chat platform. This platform allows providers to collect patient co-plays, prescribe medicine electronically to the pharmacy of the patient’s choice and submit medical charts for reimbursement to 3rd party payers. Unlike other telehealth companies, this one circumvents many regulatory issues by maintaining a good doctor patient relationship and keeping the patients in their Patient Centered Medical Home- PCMH.
