Renovate Simply, is an Austin based tech startup which simply aims at a better way to renovate. The company provides a proprietary estimator tool based on real construction records for homeowners for generating instant project estimates. The company relies on relationships for curating a network of the company approved contractors. The company matches homeowners projects with contractors based on expertise. The company helps home owners with budgeting their renovation projects and connecting them with the trusted contractors only by answering some simple questions online. After many years of home renovation, the company’s owner Will Mitchell was frustrated by the time he spent on clarifying and reviewing bids from contractors. The current websites promise connecting homeowners with contractors were not able to detail the estimated cost of the project. He was determined to fill these gaps left by other companies and he founded the company for providing a hassle free way for home owners to set a budget that is real and find a contractor who they can rely on.

How much Renovate Simply was funded?

The company raised  an undisclosed amount on July 25, 2016 from Central Texas Angel Network and Digitech Venture Capital Fund.

What is next for Renovate Simply?

Renovate Simply allows the homeowners in finding a contractor a uniquely qualified and excited about the project of the homeowners, who benefits all the persons involved in the project. The company plans to use the funding raised for expanding its portfolio of digital solutions for the residential house market. The company is currently focusing on its growth and expansion of its offerings in Austin and has plans of soon expanding throughout Texas, then all over the country.
