What does ChatID do?

ChatID, is a platform which enables chat communication between the consumers and brands on the mobile devices and web. It is a universal platform which powers chat communication between the consumer and brands on the web anywhere around the web, and from any mobile device. For partners, this platform which enables communication to any chat system, business, through a single API. This network enables the brands engage shoppers in chat where it matters most, the points where decisions are influenced and made.

What is next for ChatID?

ChatID’s total funding to date amounts to $19.2M after a $6M in series A and $2M in seed round. Since the company has brought the “Chatbar” to market in the middle of 2014 and “Chatbar Mobile” in early 2015, the company has seen a profound acceleration in the adoption of clients, creating an incredible rate of growth over the past 12 months.  After series B, ChatID is to continue its entire focus on research and development, bringing new products for marketing that transform the retail customer experience.

As a part of the funding, Costanoa Venture Capital’s partner Neil Occhiogrosso, is to join the company’s board of directors.
